For this project, the challenge was to conceive a building that perfectly balances the harmony and comfort of an individual house with the benefits and facilities of an apartment. The Popisteanu villa, containing two duplex apartments with complete independent access, meets all the requirements: excellent location, generous spacious rooms and a price that is more than fair. The project was completely sold in October 2015 only 2 months after was put on the market.
