Our first project, finalized in 2008, was, not surprisingly, one of the most successful residential projects in Bucharest in the past few years. The building is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, full of old aristocratic mansions, and it truly was a development challenge for us, due to the unusual shape of the plot. We are proud to say we’ve managed to create a unique boutique apartment building that perfectly blends in the architectural landscape of the street, choosing an innovative architectural solution. The boutique apartment building has 4 duplex apartments and our most precious gem, the Ioanid Penthouse, which was the star of the residential market until 2014, when it has been sold. Central District – Polona 25 it was a 4,5 million euro project.
